What is Fest Connect?

Fest Connect is the social platform for music heads and festival goers, it allows for users that are attending the same festival concert to connect with each other to create friendships and potentially organise meetups/ groups to attend these events with. There is also a feature to purchase tickets from users that are no longer able to attend events.

How to use Fest Connect?

Simply search for the event you are attending in the search page, once you have found it click on the event and it will pool you in with other attendees that you will be able to connect with and potentially make plans and discuss various aspects of the event.

How do I find friend/message requests?

Tap on the chat tab, and you will find the requests tab within it, where message and friend requests will be able to be seen. You are able to preview profiles and messages before accepting the request.

How do I add real friends?
Every profile has a unique ID/QR code that is able to be searched/scanned to send them a friend request.

 

Is this a paid service?

While the base platform of Fest Connect is free, we offer a premium paid subscription that allows a variety of benefits such as No Ads, less commission fees for ticket resales, and a variety of other features! Check out the Fest Connect Plus page for more information.

How do I know if a person is real?

Every user on this platform undergoes a verification process with ID required to ensure there is no fake profiles created. If someone is suspected of cat-fishing or faking a profile, report the account.

How do I report someone?

Click on the three dots in the right hand corner of the individuals profile and click the report user prompt, follow the steps from there.
